Gary Crawford has over 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, he most recently worked as an Fitness Instructor and Strength Training coach. In that position, Gary Crawford offered individualized attention to a select clientele throughout the San Francisco and East Bay area. Gary Crawford is also a frequent contributor to the fitness industry as a columnist and a consultant. Educated at San Francisco State University, Gary Crawford holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science.

Beyond his professional interests, he enjoys spending his free time outdoors. Gary Crawford's favorite activities include running marathons, surfing, and indoor rock climbing. Gary Crawford is also a San Francisco and Bay Area sports enthusiast and diligently follows both the San Francisco Giants and the 49ers.
